The most valuable from this place is the room is big, clean, and smell nice. They have swimming pools also and a lot of chair close to swimming pool to read the books

Dead bidet, dirty sheets but spacious room.. removable card holder. Cleanliness is clean but certain areas are still dirty.. actually good. When checking in, it's a bit complicated, you have to fill in a lot of your own data.

My 2nd visit and got on the 1st floor. The room is narrower compared to the 3rd floor (but still spacious), the interior is the same as the photo. Cleanliness is also okay. Unfortunately, the bidet shower doesn't produce water, even though I've turned the tap myself.

the room is real pict, very clean and spacious. the bathroom is also spacious, there is warm water and a bottle of soap-shampoo, sparkling clean. the environment is clean and comfortable, there is a large swimming pool and relaxing seats. read previous reviews said the staff was a bit lacking in attitude, but yesterday it was just normal, also friendly. happy to stay here, will come back later!

Good service, clean room, when we stayed the atmosphere was not noisy even though there were many people staying. The bathroom was clean. The AC was cold. The sheets were clean. The parking lot was also spacious. The officers on standby were also friendly. Recommended. Next time if there is an event in Jakarta, I will stay here again.

The reception service is not so good. When checking in, they left me waiting for a long time. Stayed for 2 days and asked for the room to be tidied up but they didn't.

I was a bit disappointed with the cove manager, there was an app that knew how many days the guest would be staying, but suddenly my room was opened without permission and asked until what day, what was the point of me scanning the barcode and filling out the cove form?

I book the 2BR unit and it was very spacious. Pool is only availavle from 6-10 AM and 4-8PM, but it wasn't really a problem for my kids. Location is very good because there're so many options for food in the area. I wish the property put more in-room amenities because there was only one Soap/shampoo, doormat, and trashcan (eventho there were 2bathroom). I booked the place thinking it was a hotel, but it was more like a low-rise apartment that you can rent daily. So, no room service or front office. Overall it was good. My kids love the stay and already wish we could come back for another pool day. Recommended for those who just need a quick family staycay.

There is no water in the inn, the sheets are very dirty, hopefully it will be fixed.

Everything is okay, there are no obstacles whatsoever in the process.
