History of Kenting National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium
The idea of the museum started in 1992 by the National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium's team. In the early 1960s, the Taiwan Fisheries Research Institute began a project to study the ecology and biology of the marine environment around Kenting.
