1. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of personal belongings in any event that befalls participants during camping.

2. We are not responsible for delays / cancellations of transportation schedules that cause delays &amp; absence of participants.

3. We are not responsible for changes or reductions in camping packages due to impossible conditions (Force Majeure) and if this happens, there will be no refund in any form.

4. We are not responsible for participants who suffer from illnesses or accidents that result in anything during the camping activity.

5. Camping packages are recommended for independent tourists aged 17 – 45 years. It is recommended to have a parent / guardian accompany you if you are under 17 years old and over 45 years old.

6. Camping package prices apply to Indonesian Citizen (WNI) tourists / those with KITAS. Price adjustments apply to Foreign Citizen (WNA) tourists

7. Participants are prohibited from bringing sharp objects, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs and also pets. If violated we have the right to cancel without any compensation in the form of fines.

8. Changes in conditions or facilities may occur during camping and other activities. Therefore, participants are required to comply with all existing adjustments.

9. Must arrive on time according to the camping package operating hours from 08.00 to 16.00 (dismantling and installation schedule)
