Ticket redemption was easy to do.

I bought it 2 days ago and still can't use it. I want to contact them. If anyone knows how to use it, please comment and give me some advice. I can't contact the staff.

Easy to use, fast network, very suitable for traveling

I bought the network for 3 days but on the 2nd day I couldn't use the network anymore.

its easy to purchase the product. just follow the step that we can have it from travelola. it is easy to use it and it has strong signal. travelling is easier with using esim. thank you traveloka for this great product. please note that this esim cant support all phones type

Strong network, mainly used in Tokyo. 2Gb/day is enough.

If your phone can install e-sim, it's better than buying the physical sim card. Connection is always good everywhere, unless in some tunnels which is understandable. I used it around Tokyo and Sapporo area, no problem at all.

esim is easy to use. It's very convenient because when you fly to Japan, you have internet access. Lots of capacity and fast speed. Traveloka's price is also much cheaper than the airport

Can't access the internet even though the phone supports this system. I looked at the previous example and it didn't work. I don't know if I did something wrong. Accessing it is harder than I thought.

I ordered the five day Sim card in order to navigate around Tokyo and order shinkansen tickets. Very helpful and data was strong 99% of time except in mountains . Even skiing the data was good.
