I recommend going up from 4 or 5 pm if you want to get a sunset view. And you have to be nimble and fast if you want to get a seat at the top

It was wonderful experience to explore chao phraya river, but I always got angry by the woman staff at the iconsiam port, I was just asking which way, and she was yelling at me speaking thailand. I hate her, she is so rude 😭

it's easy to redeem, just find the ticket box and show your QR code, they will scan, or if only manual available there, they will take a picture and they'll issue the ticket for you.

The communication of the staff is not very smooth, it is better to use Google Translate. Don't say that this is valid tomorrow, sometimes they want to make you buy additional tickets. You can get on from Sathorn Pier but I think you can get on from other piers too

easy & fast redeem. but unfortunately the location is a bit hidden in an alley. but after asking the locals, finally found it.
the condition of the boat is good, clean & comfortable. recommended to feel another experience in bangkok, avoid traffic jams towards asiatique. next time I want to ride this again when I go to bangkok again.

When we showed the QR code for purchasing tickets via Traveloka, the staff was honestly a bit confused, but they finally accepted it by taking a photo of our QR code for them to process further, and we got the one day pass ticket.

I didn't know where to redeem the ticket, I came to a pier just across to Icon Siam, and paid 6 thb to get to pier 4. Should've come earlier (morning) to enjoy full experience.

We boarded from Sathorn pier, showed the ticket purchase barcode from Traveloka, matched the names then were given tickets to board the ship. We were told to wait on the blue line because our ticket was all day, wait 10 minutes and the boat came, get on top so we could see the view. You can stop at any pier, go back up after a few hours/hours, don't pay up to 1 per day if you want.
