Hotel Manager and the entire staff (front office-F&b team-Security) were wonderful, friendly and courteous. I love the tea and coffee offering throughout the day. My number one choice for budget hotel in Blok M area shopping center and makanan viral ❤ Thank you everyone (I am sorry I can't remember all their names).

The AC swing is broken and got hold with tissue instead. Windows screener is dirty, and they should do somehing about having a parfume sprayed before anl guest occupy the room.

Room is good and breakfast also not so bad. Only matter is the noise of MRT till midnite clearly sounded. Make me can not have good sleep.

Great place for short stay. Comfortable room, fast wifi, breakfast was good but should have need extra options tho. But overall it was a great experience for me staying here. Probably gonna be back for weekend getaway place.
