Worst experience ever! They don't deserve to considered themselves as 3 stars hotel. We were asked for 200k deposit (while we know in the app it stated that we can pay by cash or debit card). Such a shame that the receptionist refuse to give us an option to pay by debit (since this awful hotel did not have EDC machine. What kind of 3 stars hotel did not give any cashless option, very poor), and refuse to close the bill so we don't have to pay the deposit, refuse also to pay by transfer. We just arrived in Medan, not feeling well, and the receptionist did not pose any sense of service nor trying to give us solution. I asked for the duty manager, but he refuse to call until I demanded him to call. He called, but did not give me any option to talk directly to the manager. Unprofessional. I guess they better call themselves a low-priced hotel because their service is so poor and please, don't stay at this hotel. They will treat you like a garbage while their service is actually a freaking bad.
