It was OK overall. The elevator was quite far from the room we stayed at. My mom is disabled so it was pretty tiring for her. But this hotel is kids friendly. And the staff are friendly

This hotel suitable for family (specially a young couple with kid), if you are a business man maybe you can find the other hotel, bul all of services this hotel is good. Please repair the door room no 621, its difficult to opened. I will come to this hotel maybe with my littel nephew or my grandson (Insya Allah) who was still kid hehehe, thanks fortuna grande.

Untuk staff & management semuanya ramah banget, banget banget. Hotelnya kids friendly, dan sat set bgt. Sarapannya beragam dan enak. Semuanya super oke. Sempet trouble di ac kamar lalu tlpn resepsionis dan gak lama ada staff yang follow up, ada tim yg lsg benerin ac. Bahkan dr pihak hotel lsg minta maaf & memberikan kompensasi. Mungkin lg gak hoki aja kebetulan dpt kamar ada trouble, dan untungnya semua staff gercep dan membantu bgt. Untuk keselurhan hotelnya bagus, bersih & sangat kids friendly.
