Hotel berhak untuk segera menyita barang-barang tersebut jika ditemukan di kamar Hotel tanpa pemberitahuan kepada Anda. • Praktek prostitusi dan perdagangan manusia tidak diizinkan di hotel. • Tamu tidak diperbolehkan bertindak untuk menyinggung atau mengganggu tamu lain dan mengganggu ketertiban umum • Hotel berhak untuk melaporkan kepada pihak berwajib untuk setiap penemuan narkotika, obat-obatan terlarang dan senjata api tanpa izin yang langsung ditemukan di kamar hotel tanpa pemberitahuan kepada Anda. • Hotel tidak bertanggungjawab atas tindakan hukum yang disebabkan oleh barang-barang milik tamu HOTEL GUEST REGULATIONS : The below items are prohibited inside the hotel : • Animals, Durian Fruit, Electronic equipment for cooking, All sort of Narcotics drugs related, explosive powder, dangerous chemical and any weapon/gun without permit. • The hotel has the right to confiscate the mentioned items if found in guest room without any notification. • Prostitution practice and human trafficking is prohibited in the hotel. • Guest are prohibited to act in any way which can caused disturbance to public order. • Hotel has the right to inform the authorities without prior notifications if drugs or narcotics related and non -permit weapon are found in the guest room. • Hotel will not be responsible for any criminal act caused by the mentioned items belonging to the guest.

TINDAKAN TERHADAP PELANGGARAN PERATURAN TAMU HOTEL: • Pihak Hotel berhak meminta Anda untuk meninggalkan hotel jika ada narkotika dan obat-obatan terlarang yang ditemukan / digunakan dikamar hotel. • Pihak Hotel berhak meminta Anda untuk meninggalkan hotel jika ditemukan adanya tindakan prostitusi dan perdagangan manusia di kamar / lingkungan hotel • Hotel tidak akan mengembalikan pembayaran kamar Tamu untuk pelanggaran tindakan prostitusi, perdagangan manusia, narkotika dan obat-obatan terlarang engikuti perilaku yang dilarang di Hotel . • Hotel berhak meminta Anda untuk segera meninggalkan Hotel dan segera mengeluarkan barang Anda dari kamar Hotel jika menurut kami menganggap Anda telah menggunakan kamar hotel dengan cara yang tidak bertanggung jawab atau dengan cara yang akan membahayakan keselamatan, atau menyebabkan kerusakan dan atau kerusakan pada kamar Hotel , lokasi Hotel, tamu Hotel lainnya, Karyawan Hotel, atau orang lain atau reputasi hotel, tanpa kompensasi / penggantian kepada Anda. ACTION TAKEN AGAINTS VIOLATION OF HOTEL GUEST REGULATION • The hotel authorities has the right to ask the guest to leave the hotel if the forbidden mentioned items are found or used in the premises of the hotel. • The hotel authority has the right to ask the guest to leave the hotel premises if found any act of prostitution, human trafficking and narcotics drugs usage . • The hotel will not refund any room charge to the guest caused by the mentioned above violations. • The hotel has the right to ask the guest to leave and empty the rooms if hotel authority found any misconduct or an act of violence , destruction which can be a disturbance to public order or reputation of the hotel, without any room charge compensation.

PENERAPAN KETENTUAN: • Disaat Tamu sudah mendapatkan voucher atau konfirmasi pemesanan kamar, maka tamu dianggap sudah mengetahui dan bersedia menjalankan setiap ketentuan yang diberlakukan oleh Hotel. APPLICATION OF HOTEL GUEST REGULATION Guest is considered aware and acknowledge of the Hotel Regulation the moment that the guest received hotel voucher or confirmation from the hotel.
