Actually, overall it 's fine. The room is okay and sufficient for sleeping, showering, and resting. However, the weaknesses are: 1. The AC in the room I stayed in wasn't cool enough; It seems like it needs servicing. The airflow felt more like a fan. 2. Why were there only one pair of room slippers provided, even though the room was for two people? Although I eventually requested another pair from room service. 3. This is important: the hotel room access card. This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel where they only provided one access card instead of two. I tried to request a spare card (I happened to be out buying food while my friend was showering, so it wasn't possible for me to take the room card), but they informed me they couldn't provide one. As a result, whenever I needed to go back and forth to the lobby or leave, I had to ask the receptionist to tap the lift access card. Why not simply provide a spare card? Most hotels give two. Having to constantly ask for a card tap in the lift inconveniences both the staff and the guests. Please pay more attention to this matter. 4. As for breakfast, it was just average, pretty much what you'd expect. However, the food refills took a long time.

The ac was very old, and the room are very small. We asked for extra towel for our baby and were charged for it, ask ice and charged for it I mean in there be ready to be charged for anything. We asked for a smoking floor as we don't want to smoke inside the room and were kicked from smoking there by the staff very unfriendly (there was a big ashtray) which doesn't make sense. We were asked then to go outside to smoke, but only given one card to use the lift and open the room. On all the experience was very bad the staff very rude, we have a 4months old baby with us and nothing was done to make our stay in any way enjoyable.

The reception take 20 minutes just for check in proses so long, no wifi at all the room 515. Disappointed stay.

Always a nice stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, all facilities working well, the staffs were okay, location is very strategic.

Hello, As a Hotelier especially reception, please don't be racist with Local, indeed stay only one night and came with backpacker. Doesn't mean you didn't explain about the facility and your property. I do request smoking room and high floor, but never explaining during check in, this small information should be inform to the guest upon check in correct? Please be professional as a Hotelier, we clearly study in Hospitality industry and know how to making good relation between guest and staff.
