Great hotel, love to stay here again.

Hotelnya nyaman, bersih, affordable price. Mungkin sedikit saran untuk staff di receptionist untuk lebih ramah lagi dan murah senyum, karena waktu saya check in stafnya mukanya datar tidak senyum, minim bicara, tapi proses check in termasuk cepat.

Low price (for 4 stars), friendly staff, average buffet breakfast, and complete room (except the hairdryer is not useful). The biggest weakness is the window: the glass is very clear bothways and no white curtains. So people at the next hotel can see you CLEARLY. So you trapped in darkness (with curtain closed).

Very convenient location for historic Jakarta. Room was unexpectedly spacious. Would definitely recommend ✅.

Actually I booked a wrong hotel since there are 2 Mercure around area. This hotel could be your hotel to go in case you need to have an activity nearby. The staff was helpful and friendly, the parking area is sufficient even though no parking staff. But it will be great if Mercure could renovate/renew the room and the decoration, moreover there are a several hotel chain around. It still convenient but all of the facilities already old, especially at the room. I got a room with a bathroom door that already ripped at the bottom and the hot water didn't work properly. The jacuzzi in the swimming pool also didn't work, even dry.

This is the second time I have stayed here. Never feel bored and disappointed. Keep it clean and comfortable.

Actually the stay with the hotel was good, the room was clean, the one and the only problem is the front office staff, her name is Chika also Laras, Chika was really rude and also not friendly, when we were come, she just didn't even say a single word and when we asked some questions she just silent and not answered, the other call Laras, when Chika was helping us for check in, the front office who called Laras was yelling and also have a high sound talking to Chika and ask Chika to do another thing, and then we waited too long for check in because both of the front office staff do another thing, this is really unprofessional front staff hotel who working in the front offices, really sad that international chains hotel like mercure has unprofessional staff like Chika and Laras, we feel like stay in the 1 star hostel because both of them, we hope mercure do something for the better performance.

Good ambience. Nice place. A little bit hot in the room if the guest have high body temperature. Mostly, it is a nice hotel.
