Receptionist tried to scam me saying that the hotel rooms are full and I should pay him to get another room and also extra fee since they have to pay booking site, which sounds very stupid. I just strolled away and went to another hotel. Upon entering Hotel Mutiara area, you will see how dirty the surrounding is. This is more like an "inn" (the ugly one) rather than a hotel.

Bad service, bad room. Too noisy not comfortable. Hard pillow. Few mosquito. Smell blanket. No facility!

I think that even when I pay with a cheap price because of the discount, I'll also get a good service but the fact is not, I think in that hotel I'll get a bonus blanket in my room, but the fact is not, so I think that better they give a blanket also and show the room with cheap price so people will know about that, but about the receptionist they are good. thank you
