I checked in on June 18 2024, when I got there I was shocked because there was an additional charge of 50 thousand, they said the price in the Traveloka application was below the price it should be so it was charged again there. So, the Traveloka price is 165 thousand plus an added charge on site of 50 thousand so the total room price is 215 thousand. Why not just adjust it directly on Traveloka, is it possible that the rate is under according to Traveloka's assessment? Hmm, this isn't fair for guests because there is no prior confirmation, if the guest refuses, they can't pay because the hotel can't be canceled in the app hahaha, funny! Then... enter the room... the smell of cigarette smoke settles in the room! Then... surprised because the bed sheets were so dirty that they didn't even look like they had been replaced because they were still damp, like someone who had washed their hair wet 🤣. Apart from that... the room wasn't great, it wasn't comfortable damp, yes, don't expect too much, with a room costing 165 thousand, oops 215 thousand... 🙄 (is there a zonk or prank called this?) but at least it was clean and didn't smell of cigarettes. How come there are so many guest houses that are clean, fragrant and humane at super affordable and low budget prices, would you like to mention them or not? You can learn from the owner... 🫢. Asked to replace the pillow because there wasn't one. When they said it smelled of cigarette smoke, the receptionist just responded "huh? Smells of cigarette smoke?” #confused #RejectingWrong #PuraPuraConfused. The most wow thing is... The rating could be "superb" hahaha, it's less than a star hotel 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻, this really is a lie to the public, it turns out it's really bad. Finally...we decided to leave that day, June 18 2024, so we only spent about 15 minutes in the room to pray. Then we went to the receptionist to ask if we could get our 50 thousand money back? It turns out it can't because I have already confirmed this check. Ok, no problem, let's just let it go... think of it as buying equipment for cleaning the room... 😌. And last but not least, the name "syariah" is heavy, because sharia is in accordance with Islamic teachings, and the teachings in Islam are maintaining cleanliness and respecting guests. We are sure that this is also the case in other religions.
