This hotel has a good location but the service was not a good one. They should improve their services. Once I got the room, there was no towel, mineral water, and tissue. Also on the other day, I asked them to clean my room, but they didn't do it.

Poor wifi connection. My Room wasn't cleaned up in the next day. Laundry not finished at the same day. There was no slippers

Moldy rooms, rich floors have never been swept. Smelly water. Very slow staff.

the room is ràpi but the bathroom is less clean and smells a bit. not recommended. the service is also lacking. Please order the breakfast, please prepare it at 7, but not prepare it too.

Housekeeping wrong room repeatedly, and tried knocking on the door and opening the door with a spare key that the hotel had.
