RedDoorz Premium near Ragunan Zoo 2

The place is awful. If you have any standards whatsoever avoid this place and all other red doors hotels. Upon arrival it looked fine enough but entering the room revealed horrors. Blood stains on bed and wall, other types of stains everywhere, and generally really grubby. Combined with this lack of cleanliness was the worst abomination of them all-cockroaches. As I opened the bathroom to inspect, a roach ran across the shower wall, with others scurrying around the toilet seat. Like WHAT. We were offered other rooms but ultimately they proved to be just as abhorrent. You'd never stick your worst enemy in this place. Don't be fooled by the low price unless you have lower expectations.

Stay in 3rd floor big and nice room.

Booked suite room with my husband and two kids for a transit. It was the worst hotel. Cons ❌.•Our first view when we go inside there was two girls and a guy smoking in the lobby even though there was No smoking sign on the wall.•When we open our room it was dusty and dirty. •The trash can in bathroom was still dirty from the previous guest.•The bed sheets and pillows got brown stain probably from human fluid (had to change it TWICE to ask for the sheets without any brown stains)•The sofa and the tables got so much cigarette marks even though it was non smoking room.•The wall got so much brown splash stain.•AC was leaking so bad we asked for help but no one ever came to handle it.•No towels, No coffee or tea or water. We had to ask for it.•The night lamp not even working and full of dust.•The floor was sticky and dirty.•Bathroom floor was dirty and slippery. Pro ✅.•Location. We couldn't even put our body on it. We booked for two night but end up sleep elsewhere. And got refund for the second night. HIGHLIGHT: When we picked up our belongings at night around 1AM, there was a lady screaming from downstairs asking for help like she got R4P3D or something. My husband was trying to help but there was a guy approached my husband and stoped my husband and the guy said that it was a normal thing. It's disturbing specially when you bring kids

Good place, strategic location,

The staff were actually friendly, but the room were not so good, dirty in the hall room, the bathroom too, and the lamp is not really bright, need to complain to the staff first then they changed it.

The only thing lacking in the bathroom is that the water doesn't drain properly, causing flooding.

Clean and friendly service, can be improved further.

Suitable for a temporary resting place. Not suitable for days because I stayed 3d2n in a fixed room so there was no room service. The sheets were already dirty with shoe stains when they arrived. Didn't get toothpaste and toothbrush. The floor was dirty and filthy. Please fix it again for customer comfort. Thanks.

The bathroom water is clogged and the AC is not cold enough.
