I encountered some small issues with the room and Mr Dennis, the Manager together with Ms. Lince, her staff responded immediately to rectify the situation. Well Done to The Manager, Mr Dennis and Ms. Lince. Both are very Professional, Friendly, Responsive and Attentive to the guest needs. 7 Stars I give you.

Many mosquitos at the lobby and the room furniture, sofa, carpet etc, seems has not been clean for some time. As for location is nice but need to upgrade the maintenance of the facility.

It is value for money for a four start hotel and the location is very near to the centre of Mangga Besar, lots of food and entertainments. The stuff were friendly and helpful. The linen are clean and the room were cleaned after each day of stay.

Electricity has down at 1 Jan 2023 in the morning (9.30 WIB) until check out time. Bad experienced when staycation in that condition. Can't use electric facilities like coffee maker and water heater. Breakfast was like"wwe royal Rumble"who fast and strong can get the food, too crowded because new year moment, I booked for 2 rooms, 4 adults and 2 children, 1 child age 5 still free of charge, but the other age 8 must pay Rp 50.000, although she just ate papayas and drink a glass of water. Booked 2 family room Non smoking, got smoking room.
