I pay for two rooms but I got only one room

Please increase the service again because it is very disappointing, we ordered 2 rooms and check-in at 2:00 p.m. but the room is not ready. Finally we waited in the lobby for almost an hour, then we were directed to another room, apparently the other room was being maintained. Then told to the lobby again to be moved to another room. If the fix has been booked, the room should be prepared properly so that when guests arrive at the time of check-in they can immediately enter to rest. Likewise with room service, we asked for plates and glasses to be provided by telephone not delivered so we had to call many times. Maybe this is our first and last experience to choose an uppala villa when vacationing in Bali.

Waiting for a long check-in, even though I arrived at 2.15 noon, my room AC turned off 2 times because of MCB, he said, then at 9.30 at night I was moved to another villa with a better room than the earlier one. but overall decent, nice with that price.

Satisfying, comfortable, clean and quiet service

Very private and spacious, but a lot of mosquitoes fortunately the manager provides an electric mosquito coil, so it was rather helped

The swimming pool is less clean, the room is less than comfortable

Need to be re-paint and maintenance

The location is easy, the service is okay. Breakfast was also pretty decent.
