Electricity was down more than 10 times that night, the room was not very clean, smell quite bad, many stain on the bed cover, the warm water was good.

A very under-maintained hotel despite the access to Yogyakarta's hottest spots. Right off the bat the staffs were unfriendly. They asked for ID card to be held upon checking in. And there's no room service as far as I can see. Room was not locked when I first got in. Floor in the room was squeaky (as in the noise), there were yellow stains on the seemingly white sheets, and the bed was so close to breaking. The pillows were dirty and I didn't even dare checking under my duvet. The bathroom smelled abysmal, the entire room smelled weird. I got woken up in the middle of the night to a pungent smell coming from the bathroom, even with a closed closet. There's a balcony with great view, but that's it. It has potential, but I'm pretty upset it wasn't utilised well. This will be my first and last stay.

Staff were friendly and tried to accommodate but condition of hotel is poor, especially the toilet. Got a room on 3rd floor, but it had a damp smell, aircon was so weak at 16 deg probably needs cleaning, worse is the toilet with suspicious stains and buildup in shower and spray. And a really bad smell coming from toilet, perhaps the drainage? I called reception twice said will send someone up but nothing. Almost wanted to give up, then suddenly got a call to go pick any room on the 5th floor to my liking until I find one that's satisfactory. What kind of hotel policy is this unless they know their rooms and terrible! My room is not refundable so I can't get another hotel elsewhere and had to put up with a less dirty toilet but still a stinky smell each time I use it for a week! Had to get my own toilet air freshener to mask the stench.

Handuk nya bau apek, AC nya kurang dingin, & nggak ada tempat sampah. Pertama kali dateng handuk bahkan blm ready. Kecewa.

Saya yang harusnya meningap 2 malam jadinya hanya semalam karena staff kasih tau kalau udah ada yang booking kamar yg saya tempati di hari berikutnya. Kamar yg saya dapat sebelumnya itu bekas studio yang dijadikan kamar dan toilet luar di lt 2 dipaksa dijadikan kamar mandi. Jadi saya minta upgrade ke kamar yang fotonya saya lampirkan. Tapi masalah dtg lagi karena staff tiba-tiba kabarin kalau kamar yg sudah saya upgrade mau ada yang booking jadi saya gabisa nginap 2 malam. Kebersihan kamarnya buruk, handuk-handuknya bau, info dari staff juga kurang jelas. Mohon di perbaiki service nya ya. Sama kebersihan kamarnya juga harus di perhatikan.

Menginap saat terjadi pemadaman listrik dari PLN kata staffnya. Ada ruangan yang remote AC dan remote channel TVnya rusak sehingga langsung di pindah ke ruangan yang bisa. Dengan harga yang ada, fasilitas cukup.
