The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, clean, and always meet requests. The check-in and check-out processes are very easy. The food is delicious. The location is strategic, very close to the Kebun Raya Bogor, entertainment spots, and plenty of food options.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel, but the meal wasn't so tasty as the first time. I also got a better room during my previous stay.
