Hotel Toscana is well-located, very cost-friendly, and an excellent setting from which to enjoy a visit to Prato, Florence or this area of Tuscany. Near enough to the train station without having the sound of trains, and also close to some excellent cafés. As value for money goes, it's hard to argue with, given its 2* rating.

This place was the worst holiday accommodation I have ever experience. they haven't changed the bed sheets for the whole four night I was stayed there. Never ever ever again. It was rubbish

It is too Expensive to stay in Florence. Prato is only 30min train ride to the city center of Florence. Only down side was mosquitoes. The first night I didn't realize they were in my room. I got many mosquito bites. But the hotel provided mosquito repellent for free which worked great!

Nice hotel in a nice town, decent room size, friendly staff. Inconvenient cuz no elevator & we were on 2nd floor. Almost 30 minutes from main Florence but wait for a train can make it longer. I guess they're overpriced for what they're offering

Good value for money. Nice comfortable bed and general cleanliness of room was very good and air conditioning worked well which was very welcomed. Have stayed there before and would stay there again.

Very tiny bed and room dimensions to match. Zero amenities. Only hotel I've stayed in in Tuscany that didn't provide a bottle of water or a hair dryer.

The staff were helpful enough, given the language barrier. However, there was a pervasive smell of cigarette smoke and ‘wet dog’ in the room. Also, the shower leaked all over the floor no matter what I did, and I could not position the shower head to aim down. I woke up with a headache in the morning, and just went elsewhere, even though that meant commuting from Florence for the rest of my trip

Room had a stale smell of smoke. There are no non-smoking floors or rooms. The street noise was very disturbing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good value for money.

Purtroppo si sentivano le persone che camminavano nel corridoio, che aprivano/chiudevano le porte o che parlavano (anche dentro le proprie camere). A tal proposito, c'era qualcuno nella camera accanto che aveva problemi con l'apertura della porta e ripetutamente girava rumorosamente la chiave (anche per diversi minuti) per più volte sia al mattino presto che la sera. Inoltre, bagno piccolo e spazio per l'accesso alla doccia molto limitato.

È un due stelle preso per lavoro, per andarci a dormire : tutto ok ! Fortuna che c' è l'aria perché sotto c'è una piazza, tutto un po' piccolo risicato, pareti un po' segnate, la moquette!!!!! utile per il rumore dei tacchi, ma con tanti lati negativi soprattutto in un due stelle.
