I was stayed in the Triple Bedroom, on 03 to 04 of February 2019. The receptionist and staffs was friendly. They let us checked in before 14.00 and checked out little bit after 11.00, without additional fee. They also helped us to arrange a tour with their partner tour operator. The room was clean and comfortable, and have: One double bed and one single bed, with clean bedsheets and blankets and pillows, Cable TV(Astro), Mirrors and desks, Sandals, Private toilet and bathroom, with hot water, clean towels, and toiletries, Ceiling fan, Seating area in a balcony, with elevated walls surrounds and covers the inn from the street, No air conditioner but the air and water temperature was always cool already. No in-room hot water kettle but they provide hot water in front the receptionist area between breakfast time until 22.00. Little garden with flower pots and outdoor seating area. Indoor common seating and dining area, Enough free parking space, Five to fifteen minutes walking distance to shops and other area around Tanah Rata city.

Good location with mall, eateries just around the corner. There was a Pasar Malam just a bit further down. Hot water for shower was a little inconsistent. Check-in was smooth, check out just drop off keys at counter. Recep staff was friendly.

Room just nice, as expected. But did not expect there is no fan at all, hahaha luckily during midnight it was cold enough for me. Room not sound proof but slightly quiet area. Bathroom a bit small. Water heater hard to adjust temp, too hot. Arrived at 8.30pm they still have parking. Location off this Inn does not crowded with car/jemm at all.

Arrived at reception at 2 pm(check in suppose at 2), but waiting for so long. And after 30 min, a women came. Hergh. I booked for double bed and already paid. (Planning just to sleep and most of the time i’m outside) And suddenly she want me to add RM45 more for other room that I don't want to. Haish. If I know I have to add RM45, I will not stay at this hotel. And one more thing, no kettle in room, and got so many mosquitoes. Overall, not recommended!

Relatively clean and tidy, with hot water, the boss is very enthusiastic and friendly. We arrived during the cold and rainy season, but the room didn't have a fireplace and dryer, which was a bit inconvenient if you moved and got wet.

#Room- spacious & nice (love most) #Bed-4/5 (1 double+2 single= not 2 double as published) #Pillow- 3/5 (quite thin) #Environment- Cozy, flowers bloom in every pot #Check in/out- very fast (japanese lady incharge polite &helpful) #Parking- Limited, block others or ready to be blocked. Put your number on the dashboard #Scones- Average- food can be served to our room #Cleanliness-4/5 #Water heater function well, No kettle & no coffee@tea provided, mineral water & towel provided, can get hot water from receptionist(bring your own thermos) #No fan, bad air circulation (this is what I hate most)- Cannot open the windows during nite because easy access by other (windows on the front side).. Cant sleep well because of the air circulation #Less secure- 1 window cannot be locked & accessable by others. Overall, quite good compare to others because it is private place, near to the shops & eateries, maximum 1 stair only to climb up. not like other budget hotel. Hope the owner can provide stand fan.

Great stay. Clean spacious room, plenty of hot water, and great staff. Coffee and tea available at about US$ .30 per cup (30 cents). The hotel offers tours around cameron highlands. We do not recommend the half day RM25 one as it takes you to unimpressive places like butterfly “farm” which is a small space filed with two type of butterflies or strawberry “farm” where you see rows of strawberries planted in “pots”. We wish we spent the time hiking in our own. If you have been to berry or butterfly farms elsewhere, the ones in Cameron Highlands will disappoint. That said, the hotel itself is an excellent value and highly recommended.

Our room was quiet with a comfortable bed but it felt a little damp. The man at reception seemed quite disinterested and didn't seem to be very welcoming. The location is fine and theres lots of info on the walls about local hikes. Owner just doesn't seem to be very interested in his paying customers.
