Greystone Majestic Place

The room was spacious and air con was cold. The heater was working well. However, the bedsheets were dirty. We felt itchy when we slept on it. Had to clean everything all over because we were staying for a few nights. When entering the room, the stench of the carpet was really bad and we had to clean it with damp cloth to reduce the smell. There were a lot (I mean a lot) of baby cockroaches climbing from the sink in the kitchen and toilet sink. There well also a lot of dead cockroaches in the drawer and cabinets. Under the bed and the room cabinet was very dusty. The couch in the living room had stains and dirty. We found dried rice, snack crumbs and some old belongings (hair clip) maybe from previous guests under the cushion. Pots and pans from the kitchen and the stove were dirty with visible stains and rust. Plates were oily and the cups in the kitchen cabinet still had some lipstick mark from previous guests. The telephone near the door was broken (the handset was missing) but it was left just like that with exposed wires. And a lot of broken stuff in the room was fixed with tapes. Swimming pool was nice. Amazing view. Wifi was good. The view from the room was okay except the dirty window full of dust which went into the room when we open the window a little for some fresh air. Pillows, bed and couch were very soft otherwise.

Tried to be fair for what others review, the room was great and clean, aircon not central but it ' s use wall split is OK, the matter was standby person in check-in counter was limited time not always there.

There 's no solution for my deposit. I'm check out at 6.30am no one staff there except 1 security.

Not proper place to stay, dark.

Good place in Kuala Lumpur and easy to access all area in Kuala Lumpur. A bit busy road but price OK and check in and check out easy.

Receptionist have a very bad attitude.

Do not book this hotel and run bestie! 1. Staff not helping at all! We are ask for hair dryer and they said “we can't help because its outsife office hour”:) the hairdryer took 2 days to sent to our room. 2. They do not clean our room but expect us to check out on time or they will charge us RM50 if we are late. Hello? You sure bro? 3. They do not give us a water. It 's like a mandatory for your consumer, right? 4. Dust is literally everywhere:) I know its cheap place to stay. But, at least you know how to treat your guest.

Pros: The whole room space is huge and it is in the layout of a studio apartment. Suitable for a family with kids and longer stay. Cons: The hygiene control in this hotel is poor. First impression when enter the room was the stench moldy smell. Then we found few huge molds in the bathroom ceiling. The management should do something about the leaking ceiling, plus the suction fan wasn't working at all. This issue can also lead to human health compromised. Not to mention the sight of the mold is so disturbing, even when you lay in bed you can see them so obviously.
