The location is great. Just opposite to NU central shopping mall can go to KL sentral via the shopping mall. Nearby got many food stalls and Mamak stalls, convenient shops as well. Easy to get taxi/grab/Uber at this location. The room is very clean. Worth for the value.

The location was so good, close to Kuala Lumpur sentral monorail and MRT. It 's convenient because a lot of food truck, restaurants, and convenient store nearby. But, there is no hairdryer provided in the hotel. So please edit the facilities caption. Other than that, the staffs are helpful.

The tomboy gurl very rude 😄 sleeping while working? Kick out guest from lobby … guest just come and want to charge handphone for a while … but the tomboy kick us away … so funny, cleanliness? A lot dust! Better train the worker more, hospitality feel like gangstar street.

Hi, sorry for feeling you in that way but how can we kick out the customer. As mention, you cannot rest/sitting next power point at lobby from 7am-2pm (wait till check in time). That 's only reason requested to moved. Sorry for make you in that way sir/madam. You you for you review.

On 2nd day, I asked for make up room service and left at 11am. Upon my return at 3pm, the room was still in same condition. When asked the batch of new towel was delayed. Only a small glitch, overall my stay was very good.

It 's also recommended for solo travelers, indicating a safety to stay. However, the bathroom amenities are lacking, which could be improved. M&m hotel was affordable hotel at Kuala Lumpur sentral Near from MRT, and food station, but I was shocked when their staff cleaning inside room when am in outside but its totally great place to stay 😅.

Actually quite a good and strategic hotel room seems clean but having a really bad experience with bed bugs at room 503. Can't sleep at night because never experience this before 😠I hope they put more concern to cleaning on every bed headboard
