Document Policy
Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.

Deposit Policy
Deposit SGD 100.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.

Minimum age to check-in is 18. Minor guests must be accompanied by adults upon check-in.

Accommodation charges SGD 25.00/guest for extra breakfast.

Property requires a deposit of SGD 100 per room for incidental charges on arrival. Deposit may be placed in cash or on a credit card upon check-in. For deposit using credit card, pre-authorisation will be refunded in full by credit card within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.

Late check-in is available between 8:00 PM to 11.59PM at an additional surcharge of SGD 50. Please contact the property directly in advance for more information. Check-in after midnight is not possible.

Kindly note that that additional charges applies for each additional person. 0 - 2 years old: Free (Sharing existing bed). 3 - 12 years old: SGD15++ per child per night. 13 years old and above: SGD30++ per child per night. The maximum number of extra beds and children allowed in existing beds depends on the room you choose.

Late Checkin Fee of SGD 50.00 is required after 10pm

Airport transfer is available for SGD 120.00/person.

Your room price includes the price of gala dinner (Special Christmas and New Year K2 BBQ Dinner and special Band) on 22-12-2022 - 2-1-2023

Room clean, and tidy, the receptionist should be open 24 hours, and also we check in at 01.00 and there are a 50 dollar for the extra/fee, they say it is a late check in fee, you we need to pay 50 dollar extra, too expensive.

Me with kids and husband. I love this guesthouse. Clean, neat. All the breakfast menu so delicious. The location strategic. Near to harbourfront, universal studio, and not far to garden bay.

It is nice room with good facilities. Even I pay for single room, luckily I got family room. K2 gh provides all bath set. However, since there is an issue about environment, the staff only give the bath set if we needed. All towels were very clean. They looked new towels. Overall, the staff gives good service. Thank you.😍.

Clean room, clean toilet, the hotel is very spacious, this area is not so noisy and crowded too. There 's a chinese restaurant opposite to the hotel, their meals taste good.

Staff was freindly. Rooms are cleaned. Amenities are complete. Vending machines for various needs (including electronic adaptor) in front. Across the guesthouse there are restaurants and convenient shops.

I booked a private room for 2 pax with my sister. The room was small, but that 's okay. We got a room in the 2nd floor and the toilet was clogged, so we had to use the toilet in the 1st fkoor during the night until early morning since the house representative only stand by from 8 am-10 pm.
