The air conditioner fan is extremely loud … I almost cannot hear my television, need to hi volume to hear the TV show dialogs. And at sleeping time. The sound of aircon fan is really strong. It was like sleeping in high speed car with windows open, all I hear all night is hard wind blows strongly … and the meal is lack of variation too many rice product. The pastry not have too many selection. It could be better. And at the room please take care the ants, I put my food on the table and for the next five minutes the ants all over at my food. But the for the riverside cafe staff is really doing his very good job, by say hi to me and make small chit chat and doing very good hospitality service great job!

Nice hotel, stay near by Asiatic Riverfront & Wat Arun but need improve to do check in wait to long until 1 hour and half from 2 pm (check in time)

The hotel which is located on riverside is superb! The cafe at the rear which is riverside is where you want to spend most of your time if you don't like spending time in their fabulous pool. Room is perfect.

The place looks really aesthetic. Our room is nice and clean. We had a very pleasant stay here. They also offered free shuttle to icon siam or to the bts station. We were properly assisted from the check in to check out. We will check in here again in the future. I recommend you to avail the room with breakfast, it was delightful.

The hotel is very beautiful. All the staff are lovely. There is a cafe by the river with a nice view and a good atmosphere.

All the staff are lovely and provide excellent service🤍🫶🏻But the breakfast tastes so-so. I recommend going to a nearby restaurant to eat instead. Other than that, everything else is great. I will definitely stay here again!!

Staying with family (2 adults, 1 child 3 years old and 1 child 11 years old) booked a room without windows equipped with a sofa bed. To get to the room we will be taken by buggy, if from the room you want to go to the lobby you can also order a buggy service. But the driver brought it a little fast, for us it was not a problem but it should be more considered for the elderly. The room is quite spacious, the AC is cold but the walls are quite damp.
The lobby is quite spacious with AC, garden view, and bathroom. Can be used to wait for room preparation or free shuttle schedule to BTS Krung Thonburi/Iconsiam/Asiatique according to the schedule using a van. Make sure you have booked a seat in advance to the front desk. Halal breakfast menu is not specifically available but near the hotel there is a halal shop called Noor and 7-11 which is on the main road before entering the hotel which can be reached on foot. The swimming pool is quite aesthetic but not suitable for children who are usually crowded because on the right and left of the pool there are rooms for visitors.
You can see Chao Phraya from the back of the hotel (Sarin Cafe) but you need to pay attention to safety, especially when bringing small children, because when we passed by yesterday there was a crocodile/wild river lizard perched on the wall of the Sarin Cafe.
