2 hours check in, the home side has not finished cleaning the room, at 3 o'clock they said someone would come to clean, unforgettable experience

This may be the first time I'm using a room rental service like this, but I have to check in myself through overly lengthy steps according to instructions from Zalo. and the path upstairs by the automatically lit stairs was very dark, making me scared. and how to open the lock with numbers to get the key to the room. In general, I spent money to rent a room, but checking in and checking out took quite a bit of my time. There is no service staff. Everything that needs support must be called by phone and receive instructions from Zalo and customers will do it themselves.

The room is clean, airy, no smell. Bed sheets, pillows and towels felt a bit dirty. Check-in procedures are quite complicated and there is no motorbike parking space. Parking a car overnight next door costs 40k/night, leaving 2 cars costs 80k for 1 night at a hotel at 500k/night in Ksan. Quite absurd

The TV doesn't have instructions on how to turn it on. The worst thing is that the mattress has a smell and there are stains that haven't been cleaned yet. The first time like the last time I booked a home here.
