When I arrived, the hotel told me to cancel the room, saying that I did not leave any personal information and the app could not contact me even though all personal information was verified before booking.

The customer's policy is very bad, guests who fly in early are still not allowed to enter, have to wait on time to let them in, pay in full for 1 day, and even go without needing 1 dong, but it tells the app policy
