This is a wonderful property. The room was very large, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was cleaned and spacious. The front desk staff was very, very friendly and very hospitable. They always greeted me and smiled every time I entered the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of items to choose from. The location of the hotel was great, surrounded by local Vietnamese restaurants, and just a short walk to the noisy Hanoi Old Quarter. I would definitely stay at this property again.

This hotel is in the heart of Hanoi and is close to the old quarter and lots of coffee shops. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and really went out of their way to be helpful. Rooms were a good size and well appointed The food in the restaurant was lovely and the bartender makes a great cocktail

5 stars service from motivated and friendly staff. I stayed in the executive suite and the room was a good size with nice contemporary style. The bed was super comfortable. Great location within easy walking distance of old city attractions. Overall a wonderful experience.

Thực sự là một trải nghiệm vô cùng đầy ý nghĩa cho chúng tôi. Từ nhân viên lễ tân bạn Chiến, Toàn, Quỳnh Anh, Tú, Phương, Quang, Hà đều rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Khách sạn 4 sao nhưng chất lượng phục vụ tôi nghĩ cao hơn 5 sao. Phòng cũng rất OK, giường khá êm, vợ tôi bị khó ngủ nhưng tới đây vợ ngủ rất ngon. Quay lại đây ư? Đương nhiên rồi

We've been in this hotel for few nights . And I need to say they placed the quality very high for each and every next hotel! Very helpful staff, tasty breakfast, wonderful and fresh bread. Also, they helped us to arrange a trip with "Amazing Ninh Binh" which was the best trip we had during the whole stay in Vietnam. Small things like help to print tickets for flights or souvenirs - bags of coffee as we were checking out made a huge difference. Thank you very much for this positive experience and I definitely recommend this hotel to all

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. On our first day the doorman went out and bought sim cards for us. Food (from the restaurant) was great and we got a massage which was awesome. Breakfast was probably the highlight, amazing fruit and pretty much everything you could dream of. Very well maintain facilities and comfortable beds. All staff spoke good English and most had excellent English. 100% would recommend Hanoian Central Hotel.

Hanoian Central Hotel was a fantastic. It offered wifi in the room, a full restaurant with a great breakfast buffet with made to order eggs and pho station. The staff were all extremely nice and helpful with everything from directions to recommendations on places within walking distance. All of the amenities were beyond what was expected, and the Spa offerings were exceptional. I would definitely stay here again the next time I find myself in Hanoi .

Very neat & comfortable. Beds, bathroom and air conditioning are all great. Staff are all extremely pleasant, cheerful & helpful. The location is great - right for both business & vacations. It is close to markets & government offices. I think this hotel gives really good value for money
