I booked a studio ocean view with 2 king beds but they assigned me a city view and bay apartment. I requested to change the apartment as I had booked. The room was dirty, smelly, the bathroom carpet was terribly wet and dirty, the floor was squeaky and slimy, very dirty, the sofa table still had food from guests in front of it, there were many ants on the bed and there were still hairs on the bed. . There are still 2 beds but 1 queen bed and 1 king bed, still not according to the description in my booking confirmation. I booked a room for 4 people so I booked a large bed, but it was arranged like that.
