Apartment in Nusa Dua

parking area too small and we need to park around 100m from the hotel. there are a yard that dedicated for the guests.

Excellent hotel and resort in Nusa Dua Bali. We had great experience here. Big swimming pool with beach panorama!

Upon entering, I was greeted by friendly staff who helped me with my and my family's luggage and the check-in process. The room was excellent, although I feel slightly disappointed with the bathroom because the hot water in both the wastafel and the shower didn't work, the water was lukewarm at best. My room was in Cliff Tower. I loved the accessibility to the beach and the pool. All you have to do is go to the first floor and explore the many pools or go straight to the beach. My children enjoyed the big slide they provided on the pool's left side. One of my sons also loved playing soccer on the field. The breakfast buffet was okay, although I suggest adding more seasoning to the food; It could enhance the food served. The selection of food was diverse! I truly love how you guys have many options in the dressing department for pancakes/waffles. Never have I seen such various dressings like that. Overall, I enjoyed staying here and would consider making another booking if I ever revisit Bali. I recommend Hilton Resort to my friends and family, considering that many people visiting Bali often look for hotels with easy access to the beach. Along with the excellent service you guys provide, this would be a perfect place to stay for them.

So far so good. I checked in one day before Nyepi Day, the room was clean, but the curtain looked dirty, and there's a lizard in my room 😭 I really hate it. And when on Nyepi Day I can't order in-room dining menu for breaking fast because it's closed, but they didn't announce it before.

The staff really helpful. The location is very good. Breakfast is good.

Very noisy until 4am then start to be quiet. But at 6. Noisy again. Bed sheet does not clean and has stain on it. Breakfast has to fight with a lot of teenagers who does not want to que for food. The room soundproof also very bad. I can hear neighbor phone vibration
