Apartment in Sri Hartamas

The new rules I don’t know why must the cleaner only monday wednesday and firday.. if you stay a long day it’s very difficult to stay.. now it’s covid-19 you must very day clean up very day..

The wall was not soundproof, as the area get alive at night, the noise actually kept me up often at night.

The staff is very kind, the location is very strategic due to there are some restaurant, laundry, etc near the hotel. But sorry to say, for me and my friends who stay in this hotel, we are not recommend people to stay for a long period of time due to the comfort level of this hotel is low (in our opinion). If you just want to stay for one night with cheap price near some restaurant, this hotel is very recommended👍

Room was smelly, the lift connect to the public lift

Late check in. We need to self check in via machine & didn't received any booking number from the hotel. The booking number was invalid & didn't merge the room. Call the management and have to wait for more than 15 minutes for the number to self check in. No room service or housekeeping for our 4 days stay. The room was ok & comfy

Good experinece stay at this hotel

The room was very comfortable and great for rest, and the Bamboo Hospitality team provided nice services that were very helpful! Thanks for the great experience!
