the hotel is offering a lot of activities as one of the highest hotel tower in Asia, the roof top has 3 level for amazing viewing the city landscape, one of them is tilting floor, the restaurant at roof top, many game playing ot lobby hotel including mini golf green, and restaurant also offering durian as menu that allowing to be consumed inside the restaurant. Outside is Pratunam market area that famous of super saving apparel market, you can enjoy to find many thing there. Restaurant with halal label is spread along the way by Indian or far east cuisine style. A lot of halal food also spread at street food also at front of platinum plaza. one other interesting point is a shuttle for river transport as public transport at side of Platinum Plaza by using vessel at very low rate providing other experience in this city.

Hotel is a bit old but strategic location

The reception staff and bellboy were not friendly and did not assist us during the check-in process for the rooms. Their attitude was not appropriate for the room rates, and I will consider whether to return or not

We're staying at this hotel for a lot of nights, it's definitely a heaven for someone who likes to shop because it's located so close to many shopping center such as Platinum, December's, Pratunam Market, etc. There's a lot of options about the food near the hotel itself, streetfood, and restaurants, lots of cheap food also near the hotel. For us, the food selections near the hotel actually suits our Indonesian Pallete. The rooms are clean, and the AC is working and its cold. Such a relieve after going out shopping at the market and shopping center in the area. One unfortunate thing that I experience is that one of my room didn't get the Bean Bag that the other rooms had, but no big deal, just a bit of feature that I should've got. The bathroom is a bit small actually, but still works for me and my family. It also had a bidet, which is a great thing for me and many Indonesians. I think regarding the Wi-Fi Speed, it's quite inconsistent, but for your daily needs like googling it's still manageable, YouTube not so much.

The staffs are so nice, clean room and there is shuttle bus to the Don Meaung Airport.

Far from city center. Always traffic jam to go everywhere. But the room is good. Better to rent a motorcycle if you stay here

Can hear outside sounds. Inside the room, it smells very bad. Also, they post different pictures on the booking site, but the reality is terrible.
