Minitopia Playground

There was a private party in the morning, but as we had to come back in the afternoon, the staffs were helpful and kind. We’ve returned to this place and ticketing through the app many times. Will keep on doing it.

the place is small. the playground was 'once' good, needs to be repaired & refreshed again. less than 1 hour the child was already bored because there was a part that was closed because it was broken so it became smaller & the toys were less varied. for that price the facilities are not appropriate.

The lady who guards inside the playground has a grumpy face and is very unfriendly. For the management or owner, try to evaluate the workers on April 1st. Not the one who handles the cashier but the one who guards inside. Don't give that kind of work to a playground filled with children like this. Their affection is definitely lacking.

I like Minitopia the most because the place is clean.

The theme is clean and nice and the game equipment is awesome.

redeeming the ticket is easy. the facilities are neat. my child really likes playing it

toddler friendly and the staff is not complicated

The place is suitable for small children, maybe for toddlers, everything is safe, children are satisfied, parents are happy.

Tempatnya nyaman dan aman untuk anak-anak. Disamping itu bersih juga,dan tidak terlalu padat. Jadi anak-anak bebas bergerak tuk menikmati semua permainan yang ada

Tempatnya kecil tidak trll besar, tapi utk toddler 2 tahunan permainan nya cocok bisa dimainkan smua. Rekomen 👍🏻

Staff readiness in helping children play is okay, staff assistance when I want to clean up toys. Only the lack of play facilities may be because this is a mini version, yes
