How to Select Seats on My Upcoming Flight
This feature is currently available for flights booked on VietJet and Thai VietJet only.
Starting 22 August 2023, you will be able to select your seat in advance prior to your departure on the Traveloka App. Please note that extra charges will apply.
To purchase your seat in advance, simply follow these steps:
1Go to My Booking and tap on your e-ticket.
2On the Manage Booking page, find the Upgrade Your Flight Facilities tab. If your booking is eligible for advance seat selection within the time limit designated by your airline, you will see the Seat Selection tab. Click on the tab.
3At the top of the page, you will see the names of each passenger in your booking. Tap on a name and choose the desired seat for each corresponding passenger on the Seat Map. Do note that fees incurred will depend on your airline, route as well as seat zones.
4Once all seats have been selected, tap Save.
5Review your seat selections. Should you like to change your selections, simply tap on the back arrow at the top left of the page.
6Tap Continue to proceed.
7Complete your payment within the time limit.
- If you are unable to complete your payment, for instance, due to Internet interruptions, you can go to your Purchase List, open your Pending Purchases, and proceed with your payment.
- On the other hand, should you like to change your seat at this point, you will have to cancel the pending seat selection and redo the process.
