Staff were friendly & accommodating. We had to check out at 4am & there were staff onsite to assist 24/7.
Rooms were clean, spacious & a good price. The motel is an older building so there is some wear & tear in the rooms but they’re still comfortable & have everything you need.
There is plenty of onsite parking for those who have their own car.
The hospital is super close - just across the road.
There are several food outlets & convenience stores within walking distance.
There is a light train/ tram system just out front that goes into Paramatta.
Hotel area felt safe, there were no concerns even talking around at night, which given that it’s a hospital area is comforting.

Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Honestly the best service I’ve ever had in a hotel. Room was clean and air con worked.

Stayed here for the convenience to Westmead Private. Would recommend. Parking, comfortable beds. Very clean. Lovely staff.

Very quiet. Excellent location to the hospital. No local food shops Cole’s etc
Very very old and tired accomodation. Definitely overpriced. Feels like stepping back in time. The corridors at night are creepy.

This hotel is way overpriced for what it is Given that the only reason you'd stay there is that you had a loved one in the hospital opposite & that it is operated by a non-profit organisation, we found this exploitative. Our bed was recently made up but with obviously dirty sheets with faecal smears. The staff were very apologetic & gave us a new room but this should never have happened in the first place.

Hidden Gem. 300 metres from Westmead Station. 200 metres from a Tram Stop and plenty of good sized car parking spots. Very well maintained, good bathroom, comfy beds, ideal for a Sydney visit without needing to spend mega bucks. We'll stay again. Plus the money you spend helps Wesley Mission
