Lovely clean rooms definitely be making this a regular destination

Have stayed here a few times, very friendly helpful staff, great location, basic but clean

I asked when booking the room if there was room for my friend that has a walker, that she could get into the bathroom and shower ok. Well she couldn't get into the toilet with walker and couldn't have a shower. No room. Also the parking outside the room was terrible. Couldn't park in front of the room when we came back from our outing. Trying to get out of the park was very hard.

We stayed in an executive room, just myself and my 9 year old son, for one night whilst visiting friends and family in Ulverstone. I would highly recommend staying in the executive rooms as they are much newer and don’t seem to have some of the issues of the older rooms. We never had any trouble. We had babies in both rooms beside us and never heard any noise all night. The rooms have been nicely renovated with a good shower, large tv, new AC unit and comfortable beds. Check in/check out was quick and easy, again we had no issues with timing or the service we received. The heated pool is a nice bonus though we couldn’t find any pool towels in our room. They need more seating around the pool and the area looks a little drab. As for the downsides, we have a 4x4 and found the off street parking to be difficult. The angled parking and limited turning areas make it near impossible to get a big vehicle out. We parked on the street instead. We also had a very bright light right outside our room that was on all night. The curtains didn’t have boxing around the top and light streamed in as bright as day. We thankfully were able to use spare towels across the top to stop it, but this should have been rectified in the renovation as it would be easy to fix. For $120 a night the executive room was well worth the price and I wouldn’t stay in any other

Room was small, but clean. Linen and towels were freshly laundered. Had to either reverse into car park outside room or reverse out, which was a little inconvenient. Restaurant meal was below standard, moussaka was a thin layer of egg plant, thin layer of meat sauce with a thick layer of bechamel sauce. Reception staff was polite and very accommodating.

Good service and facility handy to town centre and beaches.

Nice quiet place . Rooms were very clean. Great meals available in restaurant. All reasonably priced. Definitely stay again.

Great quick checkin and upgrade, clean and tidy room

Good close parking, comfortable bed, good size TV, aircon if required. Food options onsite, supermarket reasonably close by.

Very uncomfortable beds. They could benefit from having some thick mattress toppers. Everything else was fine.

This was a very pleasant and comfortable place to stay. It was great to be able to get a meal even though i arrived at 8pm. Very welcoming staff.

Having a toaster and biccies was nice.

The train passing through around midnight and 2am on the same night’s sleep two nights in a row was unfortunate in rating the stay. Being the room closest to the railway didn’t help either. Otherwise a good overall stay
