We stayed here for 1 night as it was quite late when we arrived off the ferry. Great little hotel and staff were very helpful and even carried our bags upstairs as there was no lift. Also kitchen had closed by the time we arrived. Room was very nice and bed was comfortable. Parking was around the back. Enjoyed our stay here.

It suited my purpose of staying overnight before a morning sail on the Ferry. The food that I had brought to my room was of very high standard. It's a pub with accommodation.

Cheap Saturday night accommodation for spirit of Tasmania ferry - pub with parties on!
Room fine, even a full bath - kitchen smells floating upstairs. THE FORMBY HOTEL is now known as THE CENTRAL!

Small very smelly old rooms with one sink for toilet & tea & coffee. Horrible old soft flat pillows. Banging doors. No fly screens. Parking difficult & space. Staff friendly & helpful.
