Right next door to Brisbane Private Hospital, private parking for a cost.
No towels or milk in room but lady at reception was happy to supply.
Bed was to soft sunk in mattress. Pillows need renewing flat and air conditioning vents/pads filthy so it wasn’t cool we washed/cleaned them then it was good. Fridge also needs defrosting

The hotel and rooms were lovely and very clean. The bed was so comfortable. I did request a view and could only see the windmill across the road so that was disappointing

We booked in to stay only to find out upon our arrival that the kitchen was closed and would not be operational. We had not been notified and were counting on meals due to our arrival time.
Our room’s main light was not working upon arrival and needed to be replaced. We had to ask for someone to look at it.
Throughout our entire stay there was no hot water and although we let staff know, no contact was made with us or a solution given.

Great location but stepped out of the lift to hear partying that went until 1am and had to call the police. Not the staff's fault as the desk is only manned until 10pm and security not available for call outs of that nature. Also when we stayed there there were some people providing "services" quite loudly which meant not only alot of noise but constant coming and going from the clientele. Again, not the staffs fault but I also wouldnt stay if bringing our kids along.
The carpark is also really tight and smells of sewerage.
