Mercure Sydney Rouse Hill

This property is situated next to a large hotel complex which offers great food and drink options. I will stay there again if the need arises.

We were in Sydney for a funeral & the wake was at The Fiddler, so very convenient to be able to walk next door to the Mercure

It was a quiet, clean room and all the amenities were fine.

Appalling check in. Staff member was rude and officious towards my husband when he tried to check in on my behalf. Staff member ignored my husband's request not to ring me during a conference I was attending. If her actions are in line with hotel policy, then policy or at least its implementation, needs to be reviewed. Unfortunately this incident coloured our view of our two day stay.

Pub next door. Great. Parking a little challenging but all good

We had a lovely overnight stay here. The thing I loved was it was quiet unlike other hotels where you can hear doors slamming and the tv next door. The beds were a bit soft where I prefer a firm bed. Pillows very high where I prefer a flatter pillow. We did ask and got one that was a bit flatter.

Modern, clean and friendly staff

Nice hotel, friendly efficient staff and lovely room. Great amenities surrounding the hotel and walking distance to train station.

Good Hotel although they need to update their check-in and check-out procedures. I needed to lodge a security bond which took sometime to recover.

Great nearby restaurants and pubs. But noisy at night from pub music.

Lovely overnight stay, they allowed early check in .
