Very clean and tidy. The studio I stayed in had its own bathroom and kitchen area. The hairdryer in my room was very strong, which was great, and the lady at the reception offered hair straighteners which are at the front desk. Bed was spacious and nicely made. Room had its own coffee machine which capsules and milk in the fridge. Overall very positive experience.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to shops and train station. Quick and easy check-in and staff were friendly and welcoming. My only complaint would be that accessing streaming services on the room's tv was a way too complicated process and it took a while before we were able to connect and use it.

For the price I was paying, I expected better.
Not that I expect a real, caring, person to get back to me.
I won’t ever stay in Meriton again, and won’t recommend it to anyone.
(TBH: I believe that bean-counters are not vary good at hospitality)

Really enjoyed staying here! The amenities were fantastic and well maintained. I love the card/lift system. Parking was well priced. 24hr servicing/info for anything required for rooms was great! Stayed 4 night with an express housekeeping and whenever we needed anything, it was brought up within 10-15min

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Meriton Liverpool. The facilities were very good ( apart from the shower, which had poor water pressure ). The hotel even has a gym, which wasn't advertised on hotels.com.
The area, however, is not that great. Easy access to shopping though!

Customer service was absolutely amazing. Room was very clean, lots of space , bed was very comfortable with lots of lovely pillows.
The experience exceeded my expectation.
The property is close to grocery stores, restaurants and a shopping centre. Easy to everything.
