Comfortable stay with large lounge in 2 bed apt.
Lovely reception staff and check in and throughout stay.
Bathroom could have been cleaner (lots of hair left in shower, hence 4 stars for cleanliness).
Phone call to query parking the day prior was laughable. They couldn't find my booking, and then was told I didn't say my name "right". (They didn't ask me to spell it, simple name, and native English speaker here [Aus accent]). Phone etiquette definitely needs a huge improvement for this non-native speaker of English.
Other than that encounter, lovely stay and would recommend and stay again.

This is a great place to stay. We've stayed here on many occasions. It is walking distance from Southern Cross Station (for travelling with Skybus from the airport). There are many convenient trams to get us to around. The service is wonderful and friendly, taking delivery of a birthday cake for us. We will be staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Oaks Melbourne on Market - the view was spectacular, it was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is central to walk everywhere and we will definitely stay there again.

overall good and facilities in the room is complete, would be great if include free internet facilities 24 hours. because free only 30 minutes the rest paid. and when check in is required to pay AUD 75 again, the reason for cover if there is use of the facility outside the initial booking example of additional breakfast :) the hotel states if there is no excess use of the facility, then the funds will be refunded. Let's wait and see ... out there it's all okay bgt ...
