The room was very clean and the lady that runs the property was lovely and welcoming the gardens where keeped really nice I would definitely stay there again. The only problem with Ocean Grove is the take away shops the food was terrible

The toilet door often opens itself, and the toilet exhaust fan is broken, and even no floor towel in the toilet.
The air conditioning is very noisy ,but if you do not open it, it is cold when you sleep. I mean the covers are a little thin and there's no spare blanket.
There are two mats on the carpet in the room, they often trip people.

When we arrived no one was there .. ringing door bell fone that doesnt work ... l rang 5 times ... a siple note on door sorry be back at 230 would have been nice ....... she apologised .. but ld just driven a very long way .... door in bsthroom was broke catching on the floor and when u get out of the shower the bsthroom floor was flooded ftom wster from shower
