Our room was ready nice and early which was great ! Email sent prior to checking in made everything seamless as far as parking codes etc . Highly recommend

Upon check in Andrea was rude and unwelcoming. Make sure you read your emails thoroughly as you check yourself in... no need for a receptionist. The room was not like the photos, we were given bunk beds and a double. We booked twin beds, as this was an option. There were no photos of bunk beds when i booked. I called reception to ask if there were any rooms with two double beds as this was the assumption on booking. and was told that was the only configuration. I said the photo's were misleading... i was cut off a number of times and then Andrea proceeded to tell me... the customer being right hasn't been a thing since the 1980's. At that point i realized there was no point asking questions as Andrea did not seem to give two hoots. Please note if you book this online it is non refundable and the beds are beyond uncomfortable... I'd say they'd been picked up on hard rubbish day as the springs dig into your back. Probably the only positive feedback i can give is that the location was great.

Convenient to town centre

Needs a renovation. Apartments are looking tired. Mattress was not comfortable.

Great communication re access and parking, comfortable room and bed. Nicely presented and well located.

I found the room and property very outdated and bed linen very average.

Property was on 3rd floor had a lift tho which was great. Room was huge , nearly a full kitchen so you could easily stay a week if u wanted. Bed was pretty comfy , bathroom was massive with a spa bath . Good size fridge . Only real downside was the tv was the size of a computer monitor. For over 300 per night an upgrade to the tv wouldn’t hurt . Overall great location and clean .

It was very noisy in the mid night and morning. You can hear jumping noise from upstairs or next door.

Thumping on the door at 10am to make sure we were leaving. Not what we are used to.

Good accommodation in a perfect location, very relaxing.

Great access to the beach and restaurants. However, suggest trying to fet top level as ypu can hear people walkinb above, shower screen had no bottom seal so often leaked on floor.

A perfect place to stay. Within walking distance to the nicest restaurants and so close to the markets and nightlife. The room was so nice and spacious with lots of storage. The only thing I would like is a full size ironing board. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Liked everything except the wifi reception which was terrible

Ok. Good location, but pretty hands off if you're expecting a hotel. No plug for bathtub which made the spa tub a challenge. Difficult to make front room dark for the kids to sleep
