Although an older hotel, the Hotel Regina captured the feeling of Vienna. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was excellent. I highly recommend and will stay there again when in Vienna!

The hotel Regina was a lovely place to stay in a nice part of Vienna. It is rather walkable with very close connections to public transport. It’s a very safe area and as a solo female traveller I felt very safe walking back after dark and even jogging after dark nearby.
The hotel itself is lovely and it was very cosy. My only criticism is very minor, in that the hand soap dispenser in my room was empty when I arrived and was never refilled during my stay.
This was a very minor annoyance as I travel with soap. I enjoyed my stay there and though I have stayed in other hotels which I have enjoyed more, it was a thoroughly pleasant experience.
I would recommend the Regina to friends and family visiting Vienna.

Hotel Regina is wonderful- walking distance to downtown, shopping areas and Christmas markets. The staff is really friendly. The room was cozy and clean. The hotel offers pick up and drop off at the airport. The breakfast even had vegan food and the restaurant is very convenient. Will stay there again!

The rooms were very clean but my friend’s room was a bit small. There was a drainage smell in my bathroom. Otherwise the service was very good and the hotel is perfectly placed to tour the city, right next to the Voltivekirche and 10 min walk to the center of Vienna but the hotel is quite central.

Staff were extremely helpful, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! There was a discrepancy in the Expedia site — it said I would get a room with a “city view” when in fact only a few rooms had such a view and I did not get one. I suggest this description be left off. Everything else was great!

Definitely not worth the money - fan in the bathrooms ( we had 2 rooms) not working - no heater !!!!??? The water in the did not drain property - the tv is little bigger than an IPAD !!
Most The staff not very friendly except one or two - the housekeeper maid kept on forgetting to give us supply of soap or toilet paper ; she was not happy when asked for something
The manager was nice and tried to address some the issues as much as he could - not worth the money -

Good location and a beautiful old building. However, beds were not comfy and the air conditioning was non-existent. Room was incredibly warm, which made rest even harder. Travelled in the middle of August.

Its a large and old hotel. Its need total refurbishing. The AC is hopeless, Its basically a fan. Room very small. For the amount we paid for 3 nights, its basically not worth it. I expected a better place. Most of the room is worn out. Very dirty material on headboard. Need I say more?

The Regina Hotel has a lot of history and it has a beautiful historic ambiance. It is convientently located to many of the historic sites and one of the Big Bus Stops & metro (great for getting around.) We did need to change our room three times. The first due to the extremely small room (for an upcharge.) The second because the air conditioning was not strong at all. The last room suited our needs with both space and room temperature. The staff was responsive to our needs, however we did feel like we were an inconvenience to them. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of items.
