We had an amazing stay at pradl elf- the accommodation had everything we could need for a comfortable stay- the kitchen allowed us to cook and the bed was very comfortable. Perhaps the best part was the free bikes, which allowed us to explore all around the city! Would absolutely recommend!

Staff very friendly & helpful. Good location, close to mall, park, bus stops and about 15 minute walk to old town. Host provided Welcome card that included discounts and free transit bus rides. Would stay again.

Small but very well laid out room. The only thing we didnt like is thar one evening we wanted to drink coffee in the reception and we weren't allowed.

The hotel was great! Despite being put a room on the ground floor next to the main entrance it was still very quiet and comfortable. Furthermore, the hotel offered a lot more than just a room. We were provided with a free transport pass for the city and had access to bikes, which was a nice surprise, as the city was very cycle friendly. Overall, we’d very much recommend Pradl elf hotel!

Wonderful room and staff. Very nice pub next door. Easy walk to the train station, city centre, old town, river and fabulous views of the mountains. Will stay here again on a return visit.

Terrific little property only a few hundred metres from the Central Train station and an easy 15 to 20minute walk to the Old Town/Market Square. The excellent Sillpark Shopping Centre is also only 200m away, so the location is excellent. Just be aware the property has no elevator so you will need to use the stairs.

The room was clean and the kitchenette had everything we needed! The apartment also had bikes we could borrow, an espresso machine on the lobby, and a small gym with a sauna in the basement. The location was great for our needs but any restaurants or stores are a 10 minute walk away. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay again!

Had a lovely stay at Pradl Elf. It is an easy walk from the main station via a lovely park which has a nice playground for children. Pradl Elf is also very close to a bus stop which takes you directly to the airport.
No staff were present when we checked in but the instructions left were very clear and we had no problems accessing our room. Staff were around on other occasions and very helpful and friendly.
The accommodation was stylish with a lovely shower room and the small kitchen had everything we needed for basic meals and breakfast.
The hotel offers the Innsbruck Welcome Card (2 night stays or longer) and Welcome Plus (3 nights or longer) which is great for making free use of public transport and a trip on the cable cars at Oberperfuss.
Only negative is that it would have been nice to have a comfier seating area rather than a hard bench with cushions.

Self check in was nice and easy and everything explained before hand. The room was really nice and clean, small but big enough. Kitchenette was a great extra with a dishwasher aswel. Shower was nice and powerful and the whole room/studio was nicely decorated. The area around the hotel was safe, quiet and convenient to get to the centre via walking around a 10min walk or via bus or tram 2min walk 5min on bus/tram. The bus is also the airport bus and takes 15mins from the apartment to the airport with only costing 3€pp. We didn't need staff while we was there however we never saw any staff so this could be an issue if there was a problem. Would definitely stay here again and would also recommend.

This is a modern, quiet apartment, from which you can explore the old town of Innsbruck within a 15-20 minute walk. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The room was quite warm when we visited (February 2025), which the staff couldn't seem to fix, so we left a window open overnight, but otherwise everything was great. Would stay here again.

Hands down the best place to stay in Innsbruck! The location is perfect—just 200m from the bus stop, a 10-minute walk to a shopping mall, and 15 minutes from the train station (that you can also reach with the same bus). The rooms are spacious, cozy, and equipped with everything you need, from coffee pods to utensils for cooking your own meals.
The staff are incredibly friendly and went above and beyond when I had a minor issue, treating me to a free breakfast and even a bottle of prosecco—Danke!
Housekeeping is excellent, cleaning daily, washing dishes, and restocking essentials like water and coffee pods.
The Innsbruck welcome cards are a fantastic bonus, offering free transport or discounts on excursions depending on your stay. Free bicycles are also available for exploring the city.
Highly recommended—this place is a true gem!

We stayed for just 2 nights but could easily have stayed much longer. Our room (2.5) was perfect and comfortable in every way for us. It’s 2 mins from the bus stop of the F line from the airport and we arrived early hoping to store our luggage and we were so happy to find that our room was ready for us. It was lovely and warm too when coming in from the near freezing temperatures outside. An easy flat 15 min walk into town. We will definitely look to stay here when we return, it’s a gem.
