Good point - it was within a five-minute walk of the main railway station.
Not so good point - the only English-language channel on the TV was CNN USA which ignores the fact that there is life outside the USA.

Very nice hotel close to the train station, about. 5 minute walk. Friendly and welcoming staff. The beds were super comfy and they had some nice public areas where you could relax. Nice to have a coffee maker in the room and the bathroom was large and well appointed. There is a really good bakery next-door and a supermarket across the street. Several other restaurants within walking distance. We walked about a half-mile into the center of town and then caught the bus to do some sightseeing.

Great location near the train station. Ample parking if you need to park a car. Housekeeping kept the room clean daily. Bed was too soft, not good for my back. Aircon didn’t work properly when I was there.

It was just a basic hotel. The hall smell like a college dormitory. When I checked out, they made me pay an additional 6 Euros for some Lotto tax. That should have bee in the costs up front, not a hidden cost after the stay.

good hotel , clean. friendly staff.We were highly disappointed at the room given to us.we had booked a special junior suite for 3 being as it was my birthday whilst we were there, instead we were given a double room wth a squashed in 3rd,put up ,bed.I had had the junior suite booked almost a year before so very irate when we were told the room we had to have was inferior and small and cramped for 3.

Well-located (a few minutes' walk from the Old Town), Hotel Atrigon's rooms are comfortable and spacious. A good breakfast is taken at the top of the building in a bright dining area with terraces overlooking the city. The wifi works well. Parking is slightly awkward to reach and access to most of the guest rooms involves using your large and heavy key in the lift, but these are the only (minor) drawbacks. The railway line is close and might cause a noise problem in some rooms in the summer if the windows are open; in our stay in November we had no problem at all.

Neighborhood was tragic. If you drive with a car, leave it 100% in the closed parking. Ask for full guidance from receptionist on how to enter the parking and specifically how to exit the parking (hint: you pull a hanging rope to open the garage door...!).
Haven't tried breakfast so I can judge. Room was spacious but with a very dirty carpet. Bathroom was ok. Bed small but mattress was very comfy with clean sheets. Reception closed every night at 10pm so you need your key in order to enter the hotel again or use the elevator/parking. Doesn't worth the 60 Euros I paid for a night and definitely not a 3 star hotel.

Hotel occupies two floors in a block. At the time of visit some floorspace was for sale. Hotel is next to the main railway line and there can be some noise overnight. The room we were in was large and very comfortable.
