The location is amazing and the staff wonderful,, the room quality is not the best but it’s clean ,,, the floor and bathroom is very average and below considering international standards… however it’s very clean,, I recommend this hotel for its staff the Brazilian people are very friendly and welcoming,, I will have to do a shout out for Sergio and Paolo they were great and really wanna help and do the best ,. Thank you Belem ♥️

Stayed here for 3 days for a business trip (arrived Saturday, left Tuesday AM) and it was perfectly adequate for the task. Rooms were nice enough. Bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked well for laptop office tasks including moving rather large sets of files around between locations. The restaurant was decent and I ate there out of convenience several times. The restaurant was attentive and I thought service was reasonably fast. Food was OK. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't awesome either. It was interesting that they are portioning out the french fries like a complete miser. Yes the US over-portions things to insane degrees, but this is a 3 oz ramekin filled with french fries. Literally less than a "small fry" at a fast food place. Fries are dirt cheap, that's why they are typically used to fill a plate that would otherwise look empty. I chose to eat in my room rather than the restaurant after the first two meals as it was me in an empty restaurant alone. You feel far less alone in your room than you do in an empty restaurant. Took a few minutes to sort out the multiple sets of controls to the shower. One set is hot and cold and the other set on the wall appears to be on and off? Anyway, the water pressure was good on the 12th floor. Staff was attentive and helpful every time I asked for anything.

Ok, so it is not the best hotel I have visited, definitely not a five star hotel by European standard … but the people, staff, everyone who work there is for five stars … if you find yourself in Belém, Brasil this is the best place to stay…

I had a good night to rest...after the shower....wow, what a good shower, I had a wonderful breakfast...

Conveniently located, fine and clean hotel. Somewhat noisy and a bit dated. Pricey. Friendly, kind staff. Points of attention: - do not order a taxi through the hotel. You pay at least triple that! Always use a metered taxi. - the keycards didn't work for much of the stay. Fortunately, the staff always solved it. - the pool is a children's pool. - tasteless breakfast buffet. - English is barely spoken, in the hotel and around the city. That is a handicap for foreign-speaking tourists. Unbelievable for such an interesting city and country to visit. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the service and the handling of the charging of extra accommodation costs. It made our overall stay disappointing.
