For me kind of Okay! I was expecting bigger space. It is small room. However, it has a small kitchen and kitchen’s tools as well as some appliances. Nice supermarket very close-by , and good restaurants as well

I just recently revisited the hotel (mid December 2024) and wanted to provide an updated review to the one I originally posted some 4 years ago (in which I praised the hotel): Let me preface this review by saying I paid my way through college working at a very nice hotel as a desk clerk, front desk manager, night auditor, and guest services manager. That said, great first impressions are extremely important and unfortunately, the people working at the front desk did not leave one! Upon arrival, there was no greeting at all, no smile(s), we were ignored for a few minutes while the desk clerk stared at her computer screen, and when finally acknowledged there was no warmth or accommodation given - very robotic service. Every interaction we had with the front desk staff during our stay left us feeling as though we were a bother to them and that they would rather be doing anything else other than helping us out. Even as you walked by the front desk leaving or entering the hotel, the clerks were busy staring at their computer screens and simply ignored you - unacceptable in a service industry job. I suggest customer service training is in order - and a little kindness. My interaction with the front desk during this visit was a VERY different experience from my first visit to this property (see review below this one). Having been in that role before, I found the interaction (or lack thereof) very disappointing. As for the room we stayed in, it was clean (and cleaned daily) however, it is starting to show wear and tear that should be addressed. Two quick examples: 1: The sofa in the room is covered with picks and small tears and is soiled in several locations. I was almost compelled to cover it with a towel before sitting on it. 2: The shower had mold in the tiles and grout that could not been removed. Also, there were several areas where grout was simply missing from around the shower tiles. Overall, the hotel is starting to show it’s age and there should be some regular maintenance performed. Next: The pool - what a disappointment! It is a beautiful pool with a very nice view however, it is not well maintained. I made the mistake of jumping into the pool before first looking and was immediately surrounded by floating green algae! There were big green blobs floating throughout the pool and floor of the pool was covered in green that floated loose when you stepped on it. I immediately removed myself from the pool and went to take a shower! Nasty is the most appropriate word to use to describe it! The highlight of our stay was the restaurant - by far! I am not sure if the restaurant is owned by the hotel or is independently operated but, in either case, it is a nice addition to the property. The staff is very accommodating, helpful and engaging. The breakfast was outstanding! We ate two dinner meals in the restaurant and were very happy with the quality of the food, the portions, and the prices! The dinner staff was so kind and engaging and helped us to locate a store (and we gladly drove an hour to get to it) where we could buy the cheeses they served at the restaurant (which were incredible!). Overall, my stay was not what I had hoped for given my first experience with the hotel. I will certainly consider a different location when visiting Campinas in the future.

We stay here yearly, and it never disappoints. Very clean rooms, great staff, and extremely quiet and safe neighborhood. The pool is great, and the food is tasty and well priced. This is one of our favorite cozy hotels in the world.

A really good western style hotel in a safe neighborhood. I really liked being here. I got offered an apartment with two rooms, it was comfy, clean and I could enjoy the view. On the 12th floor they have an infinity pool with heated water inside so you can relax and get comfortable. The offered breakfast is more a continental breakfast, nevertheless all goods on the buffet were fresh and of good quality. All employees were so polite and helpful. I really appreciated. I’ll come back.

Very nice hotel in a great safe neighborhood. Close to many great restaurants and bars. Daily breakfast is very nice
