The service was basic. But quality overall of the hotel was so poor. The room was gross. Stains of who knows what all over the wall. There wasn’t anything the bathroom but towels. I went downstairs to get a cup since there wasn’t anything in the room and they gave me a paper cup. My wife also woke up with a tick latched on her neck. GROSSS!!!!!!

Rooms are super simple hostel level with lack of basic maintenance. Cool light (white light) only, shower soap is completely empty, picking the phone to inform teception but phone has no directory, dialing intuitively "0" does not reach anywhere neither other numbers.

Terrible , the staffs are extremely rude, my husband was surgery and we needed support from a quiet place, it was under construction and the staff informed us that the morning cage was paid for, and at my check out the ALMIR staff told me to pay, I said that the communication between them was bad. Because each employee said something, we received very poor service from them. I am completely disappointed with the hotel and the service.

After doing check-in and going to the room, we noticed that there were no towels on the bathroom, so we called the front desk and asked for it. 40 minutes later - still without towels - my boyfriend got down to get them himself, they said that there were none at the depot, so they would ask someone from housekeeping to take them to the room. 1h later, nothing showed up, so we went down again and they informed us that there were no more towels at the hotel and that by then they had no more free rooms left to take towels from (by the first complaint, there still were but nobody seemed to care). The following morning we spoke ate the front desk again, and they gave us a forecast of 10am. We then checked out at noon without towels and without being able to shower during the stay. Rhe breakfast was also a shame, no clean plates at the ramp, and a lot of tables full of dishes that people used and nobody from the staff catched. We've spent around 20 minutes there and not one single person showed up to grab the stuff and clean the tables.

Breakfast was amazing, and the girl at breakfast was so nice, friendly, and always smiling. The room is typical Ibis style, not much and minimalist. But the ceiling was stained, and I think it's because of the AC.
