The hotel is well located with shopping mall opposite. Room was a little dusty but I am okay with it. Blanket has to be requested at reception. The only bad experience I have is the noise along the road which is unavoidable. Also, the breakfast varieties is the same everyday. It would be great if there are different varieties every other day.

Friendly staff, always ready to help and make your stay comfortable.
Rooms are well proportioned for working and relaxing. The whole place is kept spotlessly clean.
The downside is that the room Wifi tends to be unreliable at times, especially during peak times when there are more users. WiFi signal strength depends on which room you are in. Also, for some reason, the LG televisions don't connect to the hotel's WiFi either, so viewing stuff on YouTube or other apps is a problem. Generally, the Wifi and television system needs some improvement.
The breakfast has improved since the hotel changed from Adagio to Mercury. Much better, but some other hot food options would be nice. The quality of the scrambled and fried eggs depends on the time when you arrive - the earlier the better!

The hotel is well positioned within Sao Bernardo do Campo. It reminds me of a 1/2 star European hotel. Check-in was somewhat challenging as the staff seemed annoyed we did not speak Portuguese. The room was fairly large with a separate sitting room and micro-kitchen. The couch in the sitting room was very dirty. The bed was so firm it didn’t move and the sheets were similar quality to paper. The bathroom was cramped, but ok. The bigger problem I have is the safety in the room. Our room had 2 balcony doors which the locks were broken and didn’t work. Additional the main door had no safety latch which is standard in most rooms.
Overall stay was fine, would probably pick somewhere else.

A very nice Apart Hotel , rooms have a small kitchen area , well kept and comfortable even for long stays. I found no information in the room about the hotels facilities, no information about the local area , this should be addressed by the management team. The breakfast is very poor with limited choice, the pastries are tiny , one bite and it’s gone, it took several days before I realised they will cook eggs for you to order , no information for guests that tells you this. In any event the eggs I had were over cooked. A poor breakfast for an international chain hotel. There is a small shopping centre across the road which has some food offerings and takeaways. All in all a pleasant stay despite the very poor breakfast.

I stayed 1 night following my arrival in Brazil. The location of the hotel was very convenient and allowed me to arrive swiftly at my meeting the following day. The room was comfortable and I appreciated access to a balcony. Breakfast was simple but good. I was very pleasantly welcomed by the staff on reception on the night I arrived and was able to check out quickly in the morning when I left
